General Returns/Exchange Policy:

• Returned items must be unused, unworn with original packaging, tags, and receipt, including return receipt.
• All returns must include the return form provided in the shipment.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return depending on quality check condition.
• Exchanges can only be made for an item of equal or greater value after exchange request is accepted.
• Refunds will be issued on order amount excluding taxes, duties, and shipping.
• Customers must e-mail us before making any return or exchange and cite the reason for this exchange.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted at the physical Outlet store.

Local Returns/Exchanges

• Items must be sent within 72 hours of delivered date.
• Returned items must be unworn with original packaging, tags, and receipt, including return receipt.
• Email us first to let us know you want to make a return or exchange.
• A contact number for our shipping partner will be given to you.
• Our local shipping partner will arrange time to collect the returned package.
• Fill in the return form, pack and seal items in original packing.
• Quality control check upon package arrival.
• KNET Returns - No cash refunds on all orders
• KNET Exchanges - Coupon code for item(s) exchanged (excluding shipping costs) will be given instead.
• Local returns (Kuwait) MUST be done through our local shipping partner. In-store returns will not be accepted.
• Visa/Mastercard Returns - An 8 KD transfer fee plus shipping costs will be deducted from all cash refunds.
• Visa/Mastercard Exchanges - Coupon code for item(s) exchanged (excluding shipping costs) can also be given instead of cash refunds.

International Returns/Exchanges

• Items must be sent within 2 weeks of delivered date.
• Returned items must be unworn with original packaging, tags, and receipt, including return receipt.
• Email us first to let us know you want to make a return or exchange.
• A contact number for our shipping partner (in your country) will be given to you.
• Our shipping partner will arrange time to collect the returned package.
• Fill in the return form, pack and seal items in original packing.
• Quality control check upon package arrival.
• International Credit/Debit card returns - An 8 KD transfer fee plus 7% of the purchase total will be deducted from all international cash refunds.
• International exchanges -Coupon code for item(s) exchanged (excluding shipping costs) will be given. (Customers will not be charged for the custom return fees in Kuwait).
