Before placing your order, you must register your name and contact information with the website. Your credit card information will not be included in your registration for your security. Transactions
Only one card may be used per transaction. Your order will NOT be confirmed until authorization is obtained from the National Bank of Kuwait for the full amount. Your card details will be completely secure during your transaction. For ensured security, alothmanoutlet.com will not keep a record of or store your card information. Your data will need to be re-entered in future transactions.
It is your responsibility to make sure all of your credit card information is correct, valid, and matches your billing information. We reserve the right to perform credit card checks and authenticate your identity with the bank.
Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and will not be taken off the system until your purchase has been processed and authorized.
Website and Store Connection
All of our merchandise is on sale from previous seasons and stock may run out quickly based on availability. Our website alothmanoutlet.com works in correlation with a physical outlet store located in Kuwait. If a final item is being sold in store it will be automatically removed from the website. If a simultaneous transaction between the store and the website occurs on a final item, then the website purchase may be halted.
Pricing
All items on the website are discounted based on the season. Additional charges will be the shipping costs and will vary based on your purchasing country. Returns and exchanges will also incur additional shipping costs. Prices will be based on the existing currency exchange rates and several currency options will be available to you.
All of the currencies on alothmanoutlet.com are set on a monthly basis according to current market rates. Currencies other than the Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) are only set as indicators and it should be noted that all transactions will be carried out in Kuwaiti Dinars. The final exchange rate will be determined by the purchaser’s respective credit card company. AlOthman & Tabiat Fashion Co. is not responsible for any variances in exchange rates used by credit card companies.
Order Processing
Visa, MasterCard, and K-Net are all acceptable forms of payment. Once you have placed your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you with all of the details. Once your transaction has been approved, another e-mail will be sent confirming that the goods have been dispatched. This e-mail will include a tracking number from our local shipping partners.
We reserve the right to reject your order if your payment cannot be authorized or if the item is out of stock. We have taken all the measures to make sure the site is secure for your payment.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be in the hands of our shipping partner. AlOthman Outlet is not responsible for delayed deliveries.
Insurance
AlOthman will insure each of your purchases until they are delivered to your address. All transactions with a value of 1000KD or more are subject to an optional 2% insurance charge. Once goods are received they will no longer be our responsibility.
